The 2nd Annual Pro-Am kart race event, Karting4CKG takes place on August 25, 2022 at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) in Danville, Virginia. A fundraising event to support teen mental health and the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation, Karting4CKG is an opener to International Motor Sports Association’s (IMSA) Michelin GT Challenge on August 26 – 28, 2022.

Professionals pair with amateur drivers with a need for speed (cue Maverick) and compete for the fastest combined times around the VIR Kart Track, a state-of-the-art 5/8 mile, 24-foot-wide paved circuit in top-of-the-line-go karts provided by Endurance Karting. All in good fun for a great cause with a drive to win.

Proceeds benefit the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation a Richmond-based nonprofit dedicated to erasing teen mental health stigma by raising awareness and providing free education with training on skills that help.
